I wanted to shout out a Big thank you to Lisa for helping me with my books. I called Lisa, within the hour she had contacted me regarding an appointment. I needed help as soon as I could get it, preferably that evening. Lisa was able to fix my issues quickly and make an appointment for a later date to follow up. During our follow up appointment, Lisa found I had other issues within my bookkeeping. I also did not have enough broadband to communicate online. She actually came to my home on a Sunday afternoon! Please be advised that I was new with Coryell Enterprises and had never worked on QuickBooks before.  Although, I had over 30 years in the Construction trades, the needs of Coryell Enterprises were unique to the industry.  They had purchased the Contractor Edition of QuickBooks, but I felt it was not being used to it’s potential.  Jennifer Baker, Project Manager for Coryell had done research on who would be best to walk us through the needed changes and Lisa Pearson’s name was the most prominent.

We contacted Lisa for an initial consultation, and set a time and date.  She was there on time and very well prepared.  I was very impressed with her knowledge of the system, but even more impressed by her interest in finding out exactly what our company was about and what Coryell Enterprises needed.  She was very detailed in her questioning and explanation of the capability of the workings of the Contractor Edition.

Lisa took extensive notes and was able to refer back as we discussed the options.  She moved very freely within the system and explained the reasons for setting up certain things certain ways.  She attentively listened to why our business was set up the way it was and explained the most efficient way to use the system for our needs.  When the session was completed she asked about follow-up training, and we explained that we would need to discuss further.  Lisa was very courteous and left.

We discussed for less than 15 minutes and agreed that Lisa’s training would be the best possible option in moving forward.  We emailed Lisa and she responded promptly, and a time was arranged.  Again, Lisa showed up very well prepared and walked us through the best set up procedures for the needs of our company.  When she left I felt very empowered with the knowledge and training she had provided.  We started implementing the new procedures and everything is working just as Lisa said it would.

We at Coryell are very pleased with the service that Lisa has provided and would recommend her highly to any company or individual needing to improve their investment in QuickBooks.  Her knowledge and training will make the most effective use of the system.  As Coryell Enterprises moves forward and grows, Lisa will be a part of our team.
