YOU DO PAYROLL AND WE DO THE TAXES

For clients who want to process payroll themselves.

• I can setup and/or correct payroll in QuickBooks
• You can process and print paychecks
• Clients then have me available for any payroll questions
• I then come to the client’s office on a monthly or quarterly basis and prepare all payroll and sales taxes.

WE DO ALL PAYROLL AND TAXES

For clients who don’t want the hassle of doing payroll.

• I will register you with all appropriate tax agencies and set up your payroll and employees. This work is billed on an hourly basis.
• Then for a set monthly fee, I will do all your payroll and monthly and quarterly taxes – all you do is call in hours. If you keep QuickBooks yourself, I can log in by remote access and do your payroll – all you do is print and sign the paychecks! Or if you do not have QuickBooks, then I will fax you detailed check stubs for you to give to your employees, along with checks that you write. Detailed payroll reports are also provided.
